Dear colleagues,

Thanks for the kind reminder, Gernot, and for the time-blocker, Jane.  I
have asked Jane if she could kindly incorporate all the information related
to the event (motivation, agenda, next steps) to the calendar invite, so it
is available for all.

Once that is done, if you guys could forward the invitation to the
appointed person from each experiment, I would certainly appreciate it.
