[I4trust-mentors] Streamlining the extension request process for experiments

Dear Mentors,

We discussed yesterday in the mentor's sync about you forwarding the
extension requests to SC for consideration and approval. To further
streamline the process, I have also added a sheet/tab in the mentor status
excel

where you can update about your projects when they have asked for extension
or not with further details. Then SC can look into these requests and
provide approval and we can maintain the status there.

Can you make sure that you update the sheet by the end of day today, so SC
can make a decision on the same early next week?
