[I4trust-mentors] New Keyrock RC build for CTT tests

Hi mentors,

Francisco created a new Keyrock RC build besides the PR you already know.

It contains all the fixes so that Keyrock will pass most of the CTT tests.
The remaining issues cannot be solved on Keyrock's side but must rather be
solved in the CTT tool itself.

For those experiments that are willing to try out this version for their
CTT tools (I wouldn't recommend it for the MVP demos now), it can be found
on the Docker Hub:

fiware/idm:i4trust-rc9
