[I4trust] Initial draft of FAQ page

Hi everyone,

   We agreed last week during the project review preparation meeting 
that we will publish a page with FAQ that could be updated quite 
dynamically as needed.

   I have produced a first draft of the i4Trust FAQ 
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/111amm9dYrtvadPs32jIXXy-7W7DFclTZoiBehuV7IBk/edit?usp=sharing> 
as a shared google document.   Most of the responses are aligned with 
messages (even wording) from the press release.

   @Trudy: you will see there is a question connected to IDSA. Please 
review it.
