[I4trust] Initial draft of FAQ page

Giacomo,

   You point to a folder which includes templates for official EC 
deliverables ... but this is not a deliverable!

   btw ... I created this document to work on the questions and 
candidate answers.   We agreed that the marketing team will decide (and 
design) how contents of the FAQ will be made accessible on the i4Trust 
website (initially mostly a landing page):

  * As a downloadable file (I believe a bit old-fashioned)
  * As a dedicated static page, obviously with a design aligned to the
    one adopted for the landing page (preferred option)
  * As a dedicated public read-only page generated using the i4Trust
    Community platform (i4Trust spaces) (also alternative preferred option)
  * As a google docs (it could be designed so it looks similar to a web
    page, therefore properly branded)

   What I place where the two requirements to be met:

 1. we should be able to change contents of very dynamically (adding
    more FAQs, amending existing responses)
 2. we should not accept comments to published FAQs: we don't want to
    deal with trolls at this moment
