[I4trust] Some final reminders before the project review with the EC

Hi everyone,

   We are just a few hours from our review with the EC.  It has been 
days of hard work but we have demostrated we can make it! Sure tomorrow 
will be a success.

   A few reminders to bear in mind during the meeting.  I'm sure that 
they were not necessary but just as reminder:

  * Please place final presentations in this shared folder
    <https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/115GoCusfPhywAdt6p_obf4UAyzPTj1FI?usp=sharing>.  
    This way we will have all presentations at hand.
  * Please have your mic muted when you are not speaking at the meeting.
  * A whatsapp group has been created to make sure everyone is
    synchronized and we are able to comment in parallel to the
    discussion with the EC or presentations.  Some of you will be
    included tomorrow morning (I didn't want to disturb you so late).   
    In principle, all speakers are in the group. Gerard/Rajiv will be in
    charge to decide whom to add from iSF in addion, Xabi whom to add
    from FBA, I will be for the rest.
  * Please, no discussion among partners in front of the EC. Strictly
    prohibited.
  * In principle, questions from the EC should be answered first by the
    speaker at that moment, then by the coordinator (me), then by whom
    the coordinator has decided to ask for an answer. Someone who wish
    to say something and is not in the described chain, please indicate
    it through the whatsapp.   Don't jump without asking.
  * Don't try to answer a question by all means, overall if you don't
    know the answer.   In this very moment of the project, it is valid
    to answer "this is work in progress, we are precisely in this phase
    discussing the topic you mention".
  * Sometimes the PO will simply find out something to be fixed or
    considered.   Again, we are not in a mid-term review, so answer
    "thanks for your feedback, we'll take into consideration".
  * Someone has to work as timekeeper, and will be added to the whatsapp
    group so (s)he can send a message whenever we are 7 minutes to go, 3
    minutes to go, over limit.  We will designate it tomorrow.

   I believe nothing from the moment.  I may come with more instructions 
if needed.
