We will create other mailing lists are needed, that this is enough to
start (and indeed should had been ready earlier, apologies for that).
Please try to use from now on mailing lists rather than small circles
mails where we may risk leaving some people out of the loop.
Right below my signature you will find screenshots (sorry but there
is not much better way with mailman) with the people registered in each
mailing list. If you find that you are not in some of the mailing lists
where you should be, please subscribe yourself (your requests will be
moderated and approved).
Now, the *VERY IMPORTANT message*:
Our Project Officer (PO) has asked us to organize a meeting with them
to report on progress for this initial phase. Meeting should be planned
for about 2 hours. We have promised to come to them with a doodle of
tentative dates and timeslots for the week of December 14th (I proposed
that week to make sure we have things to present). In order to propose
them dates and time also suitable for us, I have created also this
doodle

Who should fill this doodle: those who are WP leaders must attend this
meeting, in addition to Gerard, Xabi and myself.
We have taken the opportunity during the meeting of the technology
foundation workstream to discuss what we may bring on the table from a
technical perspective. Tomorrow, we shall spend some time in the
agenda to discuss this regarding ecosystem-building activities (WP2).
Things that come to my mind is that we shall have a the i4Trust spaces
ready (at least an initial configuration) and the press release
drafted. Of course we shall compile together a presentation where we
shall be already able to communicate first core messages and shall
include slides elaborating on the plan of activities in WP1 and the plan
of activities in WP2 (including sketch of marketing and communication
plan) - template for slides should be also ready by then.
I take advantage to comment that I have had already a meeting with
the coordinator of the EUHubs4Data project, which were selected under
the same call and has as objective to create a network of /"digital
innovation hubs (including national and regional hubs), that contribute
to the creation of a Common European Data Space"/. I introduced
i4Trust to them and we agreed to collaborate towards engaging DIHs
within their network in the i4Trust Community of Practice we will be
building. We agreed to have a follow up meeting in the following weeks.
