[I4trust] IMPORTANT: i4Trust.org domain for inbox mails

Hi everyone,

   It took more time than expected because guidelines are a bit 
difficult and we faced some difficulties that required to ask for 
support by Google ... but finally I managed to setup inboxes (indeed, 
mailing lists) whose addresses are linked to the i4Trust.org domain.

   As an example, we now have info at i4Trust.org as an operative mail.

   These mailing lists are managed through our GSuite mail system at 
FIWARE Foundation.  However, the nice thing is that we can add external 
people (e.g., people from iSHARE or FundingBox) as members of these lists.

   Therefore, I suggest that we replace all the mailboxes (e.g., for 
info about the open calls, etc) by email addresses that end with 
@i4Trust.org

   I know it may be a bit of an issue because we have already 
disseminated other mail addresses, but looking into the long term, I 
believe it is worth the change and better now than later.  I guess we 
can program forwarding of messages from the old mail addresses to the 
new ones so we don't risk missing anything.

   @Angeles/@Rosa: do we have any shared spreadsheet where we are 
collecting the maiboxes we are willing to advertise to the general 
public?   Perhaps you have and you already mentioned in some meeting but 
I don't recall, sorry.   If not, I'll create one that I'll distribute so 
that I can gather the info of whom should be register in what 
mailbox/mailing-list and configure them.  Please answer.
