[I4trust] IMPORTANT: i4Trust.org domain for inbox mails

Hi,

They work like any mailing list (like i4Trust at lists.fiware.org) but
with two differences:

  * These mailing lists do not work based on mailman but the service
that the Google Suite offers to create mailing lists.
  * What is really the important feature:  instead of having
"lists.fiware.org" as domain of the mailbox address, we would have
    "i4Trust.org"

Same as based on the mailman system we can add
rosa.villaronga at fundingbox.com and angeles.tejado at fiware.org as members
of the lists, we can do with a list we can create now as
<name-of-list>@i4Trust.org

You may remember we discussed whether we could use a mail address
under @i4Trust.org instead of i4trust.helpdesk at fundingbox.com This would
be definitively be possible now.   We may have helpdesk at i4Trust.org or
open-call-help at i4Trust.org, for example and have people of fundingbox as
members of that list

We can also create user accounts under @i4Trust.org,  which would
allow to send messages with that domain.

I believe we can also create aliases under @i4Trust.org.   As an
example, we would be able to define an alias of press.office at fiware.org
named office at i4Trust.org ... and send mails from office at i4Trust.org from
the press.office at fiware.org user account (and if someone sends an email
to office at i4Trust.org you would receive it in the inbox of press.office)

Did you receive any mails sent to info at i4Trust.org?   I don't
understand how this could work unless you tell me that Ignacio/Fernando
set up something for that purpose ...   It will be good to know because
I'm afraid that creating the secondary i4Trust.org all mails to that
direction will be handled by GSuite.   if you were not really receiving
mails we can fix that quickly creating info at i4Trust.org as a mailing
list (in Google they are called groups) and add there whoever we want
(press.office at fiware.org but also any other account, we can't label
mails with a prefix like [info-i4Trust] so that receivers can filter
easily).

   Cheers,

   Juanjo
