[I4trust] Finalizing D1.5 DIH Onboarding Kit

Hi everyone,

   I have performed a detailed review of the entire current draft of 
D1.5 DIH Onboarding Kit 
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nGEnlMB8Vjs6bsnGdDUsTYRWlp-JjY6gKqHo9TSABKg/edit?usp=sharing>.   
I performed harmonization of several terms (e.g., we were using "i4Trust 
team", "i4Trust consortium", "i4Trust core partners", etc to refer to 
the members of the i4Trust core consortium, namely FIWARE Foundation, 
iSHARE Foundation and FundingBox) and also change language to avoid 
sentences that made the story too tied to the i4Trust "project" when we 
should use a language that refers to i4Trust as an initiative/program 
that yes, right now is funded through a concrete grant agreement signed 
with the EC, but we intend will be a long living program.  I made also 
some fixes here and there which I believe would improve the reading.

   @Rajiv: would you please perform a final review of my comments in 
order to produce a final clean version?   This way we will have the 
deliverable ready to be uploaded tomorrow and to be sent to DIHs 
attached to the welcome message (after replacing the front-matter and 
cover pages, I need to sync here with Angeles).
