[I4trust] i4trust_ test the online application form

Dear all

 We already have the test version of i4trust OC
<https://i4trust-test.fundingbox.com/>.

 We invite you to test it and suggest the necessary improvements. The aim
of this exercise is to put ourselves in the shoes of potential applicants
and therefore facilitate the journey of the application and also detect
possible errors.

If you find any inconsistency, any error that should be corrected please
include it here,

suggest that before doing the test you review the
errors/comments/suggestions already detected by others and that you include
those that you consider are missing.

It is not about changing the APPLICATION form, but about making it
accessible, understandable and easy to complete by potential applicants.
