[I4trust] IMPORTANT: Welcome event

Dear all,

   Yesterday, Angeles and me were reviewing the agenda of the Welcome event.

   Because it would help us to reuse almost "as is" the approach of the 
last FIWARE/i4Trust Training Camp (see eventbrite

page and click on "view details") and we want to promote it as as a 
FIWARE Smart Fest side event, we would like to go for an approach where 
sessions will be run in the afternoon.

   Note that training will be open to the general public, not just 
selected experiments.  This will allow to promote it also as a regular 
FIWARE training camp and as a i4Trust training camp not just for 
beneficiaries but organizations potentially interested in i4Trust 
technologies and the i4Trust 2nd Open Call.

   Since the activities will not longer take place in Las Palmas de Gran 
Canarias but run virtually, there is not reason to restrict the Welcome 
event to just 2 days (four with the training) as we were planning.   
Therefore, we will go for taking the whole week since a) this will allow 
us to reproduce the agenda of the training "as is", that is Monday to 
Friday and b) we will have more flexibility  for scheduling the one2one 
mentoring sessions from Tuesday to Friday.

   Bottom line, we propose that the agenda be structured as follows:

  * FIWARE/i4Trust Training Camp following "as is" the agenda of the
    previous.   We will only change that the "Introduction to i4Trust"
    session would be run from 10:00 to 11:45.
  * The i4Trust Mentoring Programme introduction session will be run on
    Monday Jan 17th, from 12:00 to 13:00
  * Individual (one-to-one) mentoring sessions will be schedule to take
    place in the mornings Tuesday 18th - Friday 21th.
  * An i4Trust Tier 2 training session (we realized that we have missed
    that when discussing about the Welcome event) will be scheduled on
    Friday 21th from 12:00 to 13:00

   Note that virtual meetings connected to the three last points are 
private and specific to the Welcome Event while the Training Camp will 
be public and promoted as such.

   Angeles will prepare a spreadsheet with the agenda and circulate it.  
She is also preparing a doodle for helping the 15 consortium to choose 
what timeslots are suitable for them from Tuesday to Thursday, from 
09:00 to 13:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 (we will ask them to 
select at least 4 timeslots in 3 different days).

   We will proceed with this plan unless there is any objections.   If 
you have any, please notify before 15:00 CET today.
