Hi all,

*1st **i4Trust Open Call will be opened from May 10, 2021, at 10:00 (CEST)
to September 9, 2021, at 12:00 (CEST)**.*

>From now on and until April we have to produce all documents and set up the
tools to manage the OC.

*FBOX leads the OC management*, providing the appropriate tools (platform
and community), documents and legal support to ensure that the selection of
Experiments comply with the H2020 cascading funding rules (Annex K).
However, *your contributions are key to the success of the Open Call.*

*Guide for Applicants* is the step-by-step guide containing detailed
information on the application process. It is also a legally binding
document.

Attached you can find the first version, please read carefully and provide
your inputs. There are specifics sections that the contributions of FIWARE
and iSHARE are fundamental, namely section 3.2, 3.3, 4.2, 4.3 and 6.1.2.

Please provide your comments and inputs (using suggestion mode)* before
Thursday 11 at EOD. Potential issues or doubts will be tackled during the
project meeting on Friday 12.*

When these sections are drafted we will be ready to provide the other
documents needed to set up the OC: *Application form,* *Frequently Asked
Questions* and *Call for Announcement*

*FBOX will share the OC package documents* (GfA, FAQs, Application form and
Call for Announcement) *for partners revision on 16/03/2021 and the
deadline to contribute it will be 25/03/2021*.

Final review by Friday 9. OC package documents ready to send the PO on
Monday 10.

During May, we will have time to include potential comments of the PO,
polish the documents if need it and test the application form on the
platform.
