[I4trust] URGENT Fwd: I4Trust Open Call Extension

Dear all,

   Fortunately and after several interactions with our PO during Friday 
and along the weekend, we have got green flag for the extension.  See 
mail below.

   Thanks Rosa and Xabi from FundingBox for their support in the 
discussion with the PO.

   Now we have to proceed with all the necessary steps before the call 
actually closes:

  * update the call documentation in the different places where we have
    published it
  * announce it within the i4Trust Community spaces
  * as the PO indicates, bringing a flashy announcement on the front
    page of the project website

   @Rosa, @Angeles, @Giacomo: may you please coordinate early morning 
tomorrow to make sure we get everything implemented on time?

Dear Juanjo,

It is quite a tight timeline regarding the two calls, but otherwise I’m 
OK with it. Please update the call documentation on the project website 
before the call closes, I will ask my colleagues tomorrow to update the 
Portal announcement as well.

It would be good to have a flashy announcement on the front page of the 
project about the extension.

   You were right in pointing out that there were some mistakes in the 
dates we sent to you.   A problem with the copy and paste.  The actual

   We understand your worries about an overlap of experiments in OC1 and 
OC2 but this is not produced as illustrated in the attached spreadsheet 
with the proposed new GANTT and adjustment on dates of some few 
deliverables (the GANTT and table of deliverables in the current DoA are 
also included for your convenience).   As you can see, there is no 
overlapping between the execution of the experiments in OC1 and the 
experiments linked to OC2 (indeed there will be even a gap of one month 
and 12 days between the two, because the mentoring of experiments 
selected in OC1 will finish on October 19, 2022 while the experiments 
selected in the OC2 will start beginning of December 2022).   Planning 
of the OC2 does not need to be delayed at all.

   We hope that this makes the picture more clear and that there will 
not be impact in dates leading to an overall project extension, which is 
also not our goal.
