18 May would be my preference from those options. Would you have the day 
before for your rehearsal? So can we fix 18 May for the review and 17 
May for the rehearsal including the test meeting in the beginning? 
Please confirm.

   Thanks for the clarification.

   This morning we had of our regular consortium meetings and we tackled 
the question about dates for the midterm review.

   Despite the current GANTT of the project establishes that the 2nd 
Open Call is planned to be launched by end of May or during June, we 
want to launch it earlier, that is beginning of May, to give potential 
applicants more time to prepare applications, also minimize the impact 
of the summer break.   Besides, we will have presence with a booth in 
the IoT Solutions World Congress in Barcelona, May 10-12 and would like 
to the opportunity to disseminate the open call during that event.  
Deadline for the 2nd Open Call would remain the same, that is end of 
September.

   This means that for the interim review, the best dates that would 
work for us are:

·the week of May 16th, preferably May 18th and/or 19th.

·the week of May 23rd, preferably May 25th (26th is public holidays in 
many countries so I guess we should avoid 26th and 27th)

   Hope any of these dates work for you.

    chosen VC tool works for all participants of the review (reviewing
    experts as well). We will agree on meeting rules, like the Q&A part
    or using the chat. We will also do the tour de table and introduce
    ourselves.

    It’s practical to do that at the beginning of the rehearsal so every
    relevant person is there.
