[I4trust] i4Trust - Status / Issues with legal check and urgent decision required

Dear i4Trust partners,

Happy New Year and I hope you had a great weekend.

As you are aware, we have been conducting legal checks the last couple of
weeks and there are some pressing matters that need to be discussed and
voted upon.

Next week, we have to decide on a few cases, therefore we will need a
decisive person from each partner to participate in a call. The sooner we
arrange the meeting, the better for the entire process. I suggest talking
on *Tuesday, **Jan 11 at 09:00 - 10:00 CET.*

*At this point, to sum up, we have 3 consortium that is heading towards
possible termination (with corresponding status / reasons):*

   - *Consortium no. 2 *- few participants want to terminate the
   registration. General opinion is that they don't know what they signed
   up for.
   - *Consortium no. 9 *- for right now they are not eligible since out of
   6 member consortium, 2 are ineligible since they are not SME/SB and 1
   member (Prodig) do not want to share documentation to confirm their SME/SB
   status. So, 3 if ineligible, then left only 3 eligible members but to be
   eligible as a consortium, the minimum is 4.
   - *Consortium no 11 *- the leader 'Strukton Civiel Startup & Innov.
   Center (WeCity)' is not SME/slightly bigger and till date, the
   consortium could not solve this. Asked if they want to participate
   without a grant or if the leader must be replaced with another entity from
   the consortium but no feedback.

Other issues:

   - *Consortium no. 14 *– where there is 1 large entity and the leader -
   through connection with Prodig (the entity which doesn’t want to share the
   documentation needed to confirm their status) – they will probably not
   be able to confirm their SME/slightly bigger status.
   - *Consortium no. 5* – they have already agreed that the 1 entity which
   is not SME/SB will participate without funding and now, we are waiting
   for confirmation from our partners.

We need to decide how to move forward considering the current situation so
I request you to participate in the meeting.
