[I4trust] Question raised during IMP sessions regarding budget and reporting of costs

Hi,

During the IMP sessions, some experiment asked whether slight changes
in the budget are feasible and how they could be implemented.   As an
example ... would it be enough if such changes are captured in the IMP
document for the experiment?

Going into a very concrete example: During the IMP session, CollMi
raised the issue that they hadn't plan budget for attending events and
then we are asking to have a relevant presence in a couple of events as
well as the FIWARE Summit.   They asked whether it would be feasible to
make adjustment in their budget allocation to devote part of the budget
to cover the costs for traveling to these events, when they are
physical.  We promised to get back to them with a response.

Can you confirm that slight changes in budget (provided the overall
funding does not vary) is possible?   Would it be enough if it is
changed in the IMP document (there is a specific section devoted to budget).

On the other hand, one of the experiments asked how they should
report their costs.   Is FundingBox providing some mean for that?

I expect that the answer to these questions will be provided by
FundingBox.

   Cheers,
