[I4trust] Feedback on communication matters raised during the IMP sessions this week

Hi,

   A clarification here.

   The Guide for Mentors 
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GNo7Q8nbePs_0awwi4bnYt_i4bYYYuKwMWGBCB7fPWU/edit?usp=sharing> 
is for the mentors.  It is not planned to be shared with experiments.   
However, I understand Angeles is preparing a set of documents which will 
elaborate on guidelines and materials *for the experiments that will be 
shared with the experiments*.   And the Guide for Mentors is not 
expected to be shared with the experiments.

   Of course, it is important for the mentors to understand what 
communication guidelines/material we want the experiments to 
follow/use.   Therefore, what Angeles can do is to create in the Guide 
for Mentors a section focused on communications where she share links to 
documents that will be shared with experiments and where she explains 
mentors all the things they need to be aware of.  This way mentors may 
also give a hand in pushing experiments to address communication KPIs.
