[I4trust] Contacting DIHs and SMEs to start the roll out of the i4Trust Community

Hi,

   We should contact representatives of the DIHs and SMEs involved in 
the i4Trust 1st OC experiments to get everyone registered as an user in 
the i4Trust Community Platform.  We shouldn't create any mailing lists 
but really make a try to use the i4Trust Community platform ... actually 
we should send just a first message where we tell them than from then on 
communication will take place through spaces and not mail ... is now or 
never!

   @FundingBox: who will take care of sending that message, you or me?   
If it is me ... can I rely on the contact list

you shared with us some time ago?  Is that up to date? If it is also me, 
I would like to give them some hints how to use the FundingBox 
platform.  Are there guidelines we could share with them (ideally 
personalized to the i4Trust Community Spaces)?

   Besides, we need to contact representatives of DIHs involved in the 
selected i4Trust experiments, in order to send to them the DIH 
Onboarding Kit and also request some information from them that we need 
to setup all their accounts in JIRA.  That is necessary to put in place 
the multi-tier support we aim at implementing.

   @FundingBox: Again, can I rely on the contacts of DIHs that are 
listed in the contact list

   @Tonia: Does the DIH Onboarding Kit need to be updated?  It should be
