[I4trust] IMPORTANT: Global coordination meeting this Thursday - DIH activation

Hi everyone,

   This mail is a reminder of the global coordination meeting we will 
have this Thursday.

   Core topic to cover is an action plan for activating DIHs and 
scouting experiments for the second Open Call.  Figures of initial 
applications (submitted or under preparation) again are not looking good 
so we must make all efforts to activate DIHs and convince SMEs during July.

   Please come with concrete ideas how to improve the situation.

   As a source of inspiration, I have initiated the creation of a 
i4Trust 2nd Open Call Recovery Plan

shared doc initially including actions of the recovery plan we put in 
place for the 1st Open Call.
