We are happy to confirmFiware’s participation at the *Market-X 
Conference & Expo 2023* on *14**^**and 15 March 2023 in Vienna, 
Austria*, as a Gold Expo Partner.

Congratulations on your booth selection!

Thecounter-signedagreementwill be sent shortly.

The invoice will be sent in the upcoming /within two weeks.

Feel free to have a sneak preview of your stand on Wed 13 March 2023, 
between 16:00-18:00. The booth will be fully accessible on *14 March 
2023, as from 08:00, to allow you to set up your material*. We would 
advise you to be on-site at 08:30, since the conference officially 
starts at 9:00 o’clock.

If different from the form, please tell us who is your main 
representative for your stand, and kindly provide us with the contact 
details.

 1. Please send your logo to be included on the Event Website
    <https://gaia-x.eu/market-x/>, in the “Partners
    <https://gaia-x.eu/market-x-partners/>” section, and on Info Screens
    at the venue, no later than *2**4** February 2023, 12:00 (noon).*

 2. Booth Template:
     1. Please find herewith the link for the booth layout design
        template <https://we.tl/t-nL5c52pLd7>, in Illustrator (eps and
        ai file). Please note that the design is adaptable to your needs
        - meaning you can adjust all elements (Text, pictures, logos
        etc.) as you see fit your brand. We are conscious about the
        short notice, but would appreciate if you could return your
        booth design completed by today, *2**4** February 2023**, 12:00
        (noon)*.

Should you experience any difficulty inserting your logo and your 
introduction in the template; please do contact us.

     2. Please note that Buero Wien, the event agency, will contact you
        for the final sign-off of your booth. Buero
        Wien will communicate your booth location, early March.

 3. Video on-site:
    Early March, Buero Wien will communicate your timeslot for the
    on-site video recording during the event.

 4. Social Media Campaign:
    To be part of the social media Campaign of the Event; please send
    us, by *24 February 2023*, your logo and/or picture plus caption that:
    - either reflect on your collaboration with Gaia-X,
    - or demonstrate why you are partnering with Gaia-X,
    - and how Gaia-X contributes to support your work.

 5. Executive Meeting:
    Please select which of the following topics you would like to
    discuss: Business opportunities, Technical topics, or Operational
    challenges and chances. Based on the topic, the name of the CxO will
    be decided. This benefit starts as from the confirmation signed
    agreement and ends on *15 April 2023*. The online Meeting will be
    scheduled according to the parties’ availability.

 6. Guided Tours and Demo booth:
    During the Event, there will be Guided Tours in German and English.
    The guided tours will be held according to a schedule
    <https://gaia-x.eu/market-x-agenda/> mentioned on the Gaia-X Event
    Website. After a short general information, there will be a tour to
    your Expo booth during which you can present your service or project.

 7. Gaia-X Magazine:
    Please send us your half-page article by *20 March 2023*, to be
    published in our April edition of the Gaia-X Magazine. Please follow
    the submission guidelines
