[Masterdata] Tasks description, shouldn't be improved?

Shouldn't improve a bit the tasks description? 

See attached what is on the forma A regarding tasks description. I am
not expert at this call forms but it looks to me rather poor, isn't it?

Maybe we could extend these descriptions to a minimum of 3-4 lines
based on the contents of the technical proposal.

I'd like to read your opinions, specially Luis and Tonia for your
previous experience?
