[Masterdata] Tasks description, shouldn't be improved?

Hi Alberto,

comparing with other proposals, you are right, we should try to include 
a brief summary (5-6 lines) per task.

I think the template in the drive is outdated, if you can upload the 
current version we all can describe we are responsible of.
