[Masterdata] Gantt uploaded but updated as well. REview the changes in the planning

I've included the new gantt format in the proposal. 
When passing the data to the planner tool I've realised of some
inconsistencies we had in the dates. So I've changed several.

Please review those tasks that affects to you (and the ones related)
and the dependencies shown in the diagram.
