[Masterdata] mistake in the link for the call tomorrow

Although the doodle we vote was right for the time and date, when I
created the link for the call I made a mistake in the date. The call is
not on the November the 2nd but tomorrow ocober the 26th.

I am keeping the call for thew 2nd because I guess that it will be
necessary for the final review.

Today you'll be receiving some more mails concerning the proposal.
