[Masterdata] name of the la proposal is neither meaningful nor catchy

The name Masterdata should somehow help on the identification of the
main disruptive elements of the proposal. 

We are disruptive in: (as least)
- Hacking the usual way of standardization from old + slow
standardization bodies to market speed by the 'de facto'
standardization
- Providing analysis of real time about the sources to be ingested

I.e. 
SM at MS: Standaridzation of Models At Market Speed 
SINOSM: SINOSM Is  Not Other Standardization Method
