[Masterdata] Where to fill activities and milestones and its coherence

In order to check the coherence of activities and milestones we have
first to complete the Gantt, (A blue tab in the budget)

where there are milestones defined for activity 1 (it's a regular
expression which allow several individual points, etc) If you have
doubts please ask me for help.

Once checked coherence then it is needed to translated these data to
the form A3.1
