[Masterdata] Integration with other building blocks

After commenting internally there is a building block eIDAS which is
already available for integration. Johnny, Luis I guess that you have
to be familiar with it. :-D

This is something valuable to be mentioned.

FF is on some projects with the integration with BDTI and DLT
technologies (blockchain) but these project are in early phases so I
ned further exploration in order to commit with any integration.
