[Miwi-middleware] KIARA: Version 0.10.2

Hi. I finished and pushed to ZHAW Gitorious Repos a new version of 
KIARA. This is a minor feature and bugfix release.

* Features/Bugfixes:

1. Optimized TCP network transport by reducing number of sending operations.

2. Fixed code generation of the connection error handling for service 
handlers.

3. Fixed deletion of the generated machine code while it is still in use.

4. Exported missing header for MSVC 2008 (9.0) compiler.

5. Improved SDK initialization script for Linux and updated SDK README file.

6. Optimized all loaded modules before code is generated.

There are no changes in installation instructions.
