[Miwi-middleware] KIARA: Version 0.12.0

Hi. I finished and pushed to ZHAW Gitorious Repos a new version of 
KIARA. This is a major feature release.

* Features/Bugfixes:

1. Extended API for loading custom LLVM bitcode modules for 
interoptimization.

2. Optimized network dispatch code.

3. LLVM optimization fixes.

4. Added dummy protocol for testing. This protocol does not serialize 
any data but transfers data blocks of fixed size.

5. Reimplemented some functions in LLVM f	or better optimization 
(getConnection and getServiceConnection).

6. Added benchmark code from 
http://mnb.ociweb.com/mnb/MiddlewareNewsBrief-201004.html.

7. Compilation fixes for Windows 32-bit, Fedora 20, and Ubuntu 14.04.

There are no changes in installation instructions.
