Dear Andreas

RSS have a feature to execute a refund but the violations and penalties generation is functionality
that is outside this component (in SLASOI is done by the business sla manager).
My proposal then is to remove whatever connection of customer feedback with RSS.

thanks for the modifications.

Concerning your last point about the RS feedback for customers... the feedback about completion of service fulfillment is not going directly to customers but to the marketplace. As the RS Engine can (at least theoretically) consume not only events from a billing system but also e.g. violation notifications from an SLA manager there is an opportunity to derive some objective information about the quality of service fulfillment that can be communicated to a marketplace in order to be used to rate a service.

However, I neither don't know if this is really in the responsibility of the RS Engine or perhaps a SLA Manager (that is not shown in the picture at the moment at all) nor what should be the priority for this kind of functionality in the business framework.

Perhaps, ENG has an opinion on this?

I have modified Andreas diagrams regarding T3.3 aspects (BMPS & RSSS), and they are attached.

please find attached 3 scenarios for consumer, provider and aggregator showing the interaction between the roles of the composition and mashup and the components of the business framework.

T3.3 partners please review/comment/revise.

T3.1 partners please take a look from the perspective of the composition and mashup. Are the assumptions about the process flow for the consumer/aggregator/provider correct? Please take a look at the service consumer diagram. Service fulfillment task needs refinement!
