[Fiware-apps] FI-Ware: Organizational changes in WP3

Dear All,

I would like to inform you about organizational changes in WP3 of FI-Ware:

 *   Andreas Friesen will discontinue his role as the work package lead for WP3. Andreas will take over new responsibilities within SAP Research.
 *   Uwe Riss has been announced to be the new WPL and will be supported be me in my role of the WPA in order to ensure a smooth transition.
 *   During January 2012, hand over to the new WPL will take place.

@Juanjo: Could you please take care that Uwe is added to and Andreas is removed from the WPL mailing list since I haven't the privileges to do so.
