[Fiware-apps] FI-Ware-Apps: new version of WP3 document

Hi all,

I've put a new version of our M2 contribution to the Forge
(https://forge.fi-ware.eu/docman/view.php/12/239/FI-WARE+High-Level+Description+-+Apps+chapter+-+v1.0.16+-+valid+until+11-07-11.doc)

This document already contains the changes in the structure of the GE descriptions for the SAP contributions.
As you can easily see, I made the folloging changes:

·         Added the subsection title "Target usage" at the beginning

·         added the subsection "GE descriptions" somewhere meaningful (above "Functionallty")

·         moved the "User roles" subsubsection to "Target usage"

·         Renamed "Critical product attributes" to "Unique selling points"

·         moved "User needs" to "Unique selling points" (actually added the bulltet points)

·         finally tried to reformulate some of the functionalities into complete sentences.

Attention: This is in our project section! I left Juanjo's version still in pending state. You may use this document for your changes.
Please put your changes on the same folder in Forge and send a notice to the mailing list.
