[Fiware-apps] Agenda: FI-WARE WP3 weekly telco - meeting minutes

Dear Matteo and all other WP3 members,

We decided to use the Streamwork collaboration tool because the FI-Ware infrastructure was not in place. Currently it is planned to use Streamwork just for the M2 activity. All results of the activity will be moved to the Fusion Forge. End of June we will discuss on how to proceed for the M5 activity.

Anyway your contributions are welcome either in Streamworks or in Fusion Forge;-)

Best regards.

Dear Andreas,
provided I have nothing against SAP StreamWork, if in Wp3 we decide to use this tool to share documents what about the one set up by the projects itself (e.g. FusionForge)?

I would suggest to avoid replication of tools and environment to make more effective the daily work.

My two cents and sorry if I lost something along the way ...

Regards,

Matteo

Dear All,

the meeting minutes are available at SAP StreamWorks. Since many of you still not accepted the invitation I copied the meeting minutes into the email. Please join SAP StreamWork asap so that we can stop replication of documents, that will sooner or later become problematic with respect to inconsistency and information overkill!

As you can see in the meeting minutes, our progress up to now is unsatisfactory:

We are supposed to work in an agile mode and have to speed up collaboration cycles at the task level. This can only work if we collaborate proactively and the task leads take the coordination of their tasks seriously!

All partners committed enough resources to the WP that should enable them to contribute with at least 1-2 days per week.

All partners with 60PM or more should be able to contribute with at least 1 FTE full time (this is the case for the task leads, T3.1, T3.2, and T3.3!).
The documents presented in the telco will be made available in SAP StreamWork.

Best regards,
Andreas
