[Fiware-apps] mediator service new url

Hi all,
I setup up a virtual host in order to expose the mediator service at a standard port
The virtual host is fiware-test.tilab.com

The endpoint of the soap2rest mediator service  is http://fiware-test.tilab.com/services/SoapToRest_Sms

This is an example of request in order to send a sms .
