[Fiware-apps] Work in progress on the store

Hi Torsten, hi all,

Please let me introduce Francisco de la Vega (he is Cc'ed). Francisco has
been working on the integration of Wirecloud with the marketplace from the
very beginning of the project, and he is in charge of the development of
the store GE.

Torsten, Francisco has been developing a first draft of the store's open
specs an a first version of the store's UI. We haven't published these open
specs in the wiki because they were not among the open specs planned to be
resubmitted, but now the resubmission process is over and we plan to upload
the open specs to the private wiki by next week (this week Francisco is
working full-time on the demo).

Francisco, please send to Torsten the open specs by next tuesday, even
before uploading them to the private wiki. Even if they are in an early
stage, we need his input to guarantee that we are aligned with his vision
and, more specifically, with SAP GEs (marketplace, repository, etc.).
