[Fiware-apps] URGENT TO FIX: Mediator GE implementations

Hi all,

   I don't see any entries regarding the Mediator GEs either. Only the
one provided by Telecom Italia.

   Please clarify the issue.   Otherwise, the mediators from Thales and
ATOS will be also dropped from the first release with all the consequences.
