[Fiware-apps] URGENT TO FIX: Mediator GE implementations

Dear Juanjo,

that means that Atos mediator GE has been merged within the
Light-weighted Semantic Composition Editor, where it makes sense, since
these mediation features only apply at design time, so,
yes, you can remove those references.
