[Fiware-apps] Urgent AP

Please take into account that we will release the Store for the first time
in Release 2.3 (June). Apart from defining the architecture, the open specs
and the APIs for the Store so far, we also have already completed some
important features but it can't be considered that they lead to a
functional product that could be released.

What is expected to be done in this case? It should be considered as a
special case because we are taking over the work being withdrawn by EAB.
Even before there is a formal amendment, for the sake of the overall
project health.

Is there any risk regarding the justification of efforts during the current
release period? Miguel Carrillo asked us to move the features already
completed (during the current release) to Release 2.3 to avoid confusion
(it seems that having features finished in the current release implies that
there will be a release of the product).

We don't expect to have nor the guides nor the tests ready for this
release. They will be provided by June (Release 2.3, with the first release
of the store).
