Dear Torsten, dear Axel, dear WP3 colleagues,

As you probably know, the definitive approval of the amendment points
related to the transfer of efforts to UPM to work on the store concept
(task 3.3), which was agreed during the educational sessions in Winterthur,
is still pending. We cannot imagine the reason why this is still pending
(on the PO side) after 8-9 months, and we think that further postponing the
sharing of our work until the approval could be risky and lead to
significant delays if something needs to be changed once implemented to
attend demands from other related GEs.

We have been working on both the Store Open Specifications and the Store
Open API Specifications and we are already immerse in the development of
the reference implementation for the Store GE. We have uploaded both the
Open Specs and the Open API to the wiki and you can find them through these
links:

Torsten, please have a look at them and tell us what do you think. Of
course, we are open to suggestions from your side. We know that is very
important to achieve full integration with both the marketplace and
repository open specs and open APIs.

We are now working jointly with Pablo Arozarena from TID in the definition
of an EPIC [-->Features-->Use Cases-->functionalities] for the "charging"
concept that arose during a recent WP3 weekly call. TID needs these
additional functionalities from the Store for their RSS GE.

This EPIC is part of the proposal to raise our budget we are now closing.

Best regards,
Javier
