[Fiware-apps] FI-WARE WP3 Call

Dear Composition-Partners,

 

After the “Preliminary classification” sending by Calin, and how the Atos specific features are not common, I think  it would be better to change the name and the description of these features (LightSemanticComposition), to be aligned with the openSpecification (FIWARE.OpenSpecification.Apps.LightSemanticComposition) in order to be clearer for the use-case. So I propose to change these:
