[Fiware-apps] Features, Epics, User Stories and Work Items in the tracker

Dear Apps partners,

after some discussion with Juanjo, it became clear that all Features and Epics shall be replicated into the Chapter Backlog tracker.
Yesterday we sent a proposal on how to  deal with the Composition Features and Epics. So far I did not receive any feedback.
So we will start to change the Wiki pages accordingly. Then we will also create the respective tracker entries for Features and Epics for all GE in the Backlog tracker.

Thereafter (we will send you a notification today), you are responsible 1. to check the Features and Eppics and to create Work Items and/or User Stories in the tracker for the actual implementation work for your GE. Since a deliverable will be created from the  content of the tracker, we need to set a deadline of Thu, EOB to have all the tracker items up to date.

If you have any question or problem, please don't hesitate and ask!
