Reminder: please vote now today until “early EOB”.

Since some colleagues might be on vacation now, we would move now and discuss when the new slot is suboptimal for the majority once we are a full team again….
Currently the meeting can move either to candidates Wednesday 9-10 (clear preference by me ☺) or to Fridays 10-11 (last day of week always immediately before lunch --> not optimal & I had to indicate now my presence as only-optional….).
I evaluate as candidate the Wednesday 9-10 slot until now.

I will send MR today EOB with the final result.

Dear WP3 colleagues,

We need to find a new slot for the WP3 weekly telco. Our current constraint mix is:
- First, we are looking for a slot in the morning so that more colleagues attend (especially during summer schedule now).
- Second: I received a request from UPM to find not only a slot for summer schedule interim-wise, but a new permanent slot since some UPM colleagues cannot attend at our usual slot later in the year.

Therefore let us simply just choose a new permanent slot in the morning. Otherwise we would doodle for a morning slot in summer schedule time and then again for after-summer-schedule-time…
I started with Thursday, Wednesday, Friday slot (Monday Tuesday are here for us a bit busy…etc. WPL/WPA calls on Monday).
If we find a good slot, I will send around the new slot MR data then. Let us try with “simple majority wins” --> so mobilize your crowds ☺
