Dear Thorsten, Markus, Please find attached the doc with the required changes. I've updated both the Application and Service Stores (2.2.2) and the Application and Data Mashup (2.3.2) sections. In addition to the changes in the references/citations, I've fixed some typos. And I've included a comment in section 2.2.2 (pag. 21) because I think that a footnote is missing. Please check this and take a decision. All the changes are under "changes control". Sorry for the delay in my contribution. Hope you find all my changes aligned with your strategy.
