Dear Partners,

please take into account that we have to provide an update of our DoW until the 7.3.2013.
Together with Uwe I will send out our "last" version of the DoW until the end of this day. The version that was send out by Javier is not the latest one, so please wait with the changes until "current" version. We should discuss this topic in detail within the next WP3 Call to ensure that we can provide a "first draft" for the next DoW until Wednesday.
Please save the time for the review and approval at your company to ensure that we can deliver "in time".
To ensure that we can work in parallel I would suggest, that each of the task - leads takes care about "his" part of the DoW.
I hope that this approach is OK for you.

Dear Axel, taking as basis the attached file approved by the Commission in the amendment 3 (extract of WP3), please provide a new version to be included in the ongoing amendment 4.

As WPL, please be sure that all involved partners in WP3 agree with your changes.

Very important:

1.- Remark from the Commission:

-          With the addition of iMinds, a lot more effort, etc etc , WP3 must change. Either T3.3 is updated or a new task is created (up to you). But it cannot be that with a new partner, a lot more budget, tasks stay the same. The text is not that general and iMinds contribution is quite specific. At the moment, iMinds contribution in the workplan is not visible. The statement "As the modelling languages and standardized storage and exchange formats are the actual focus of the BEMES work, a more detailed plan for the work will be constructed in the initial description phase of the project." Is postponing the workplan to later. So, at the moment there is no detailed plan but also no outline.

2.- Withdrawal of EAB:

-          33 PM from EAB are transferred to UPM.

Note: I know that you sent me a version, but with the modifications of iMinds and the remark of Project Officer, it's better to start from a new clean approved version.

As we want to finish this amendment as soon as possible please provide your update version by March, Thursday 7th, 2013 EOB.
