[Fiware-apps] WP3 Dow (new version)

Dear Javier,
you have asked me to provide a new version of our WP3 DoW, here it is.
Because of a "last minute" change request that could not be finished "in time", it might be possible that I will send a new version tomorrow. I think we can deliver a new version until  until 2PM.
With respect to the distribution of the partner efforts to the different Tasks, we are in a final clarification phase.
I think we can solve this issue until monday, hopefully that's OK for you.
If you have a need for clarifications, please let me know.
