[Fiware-apps] New time for our weekly call

Dear colleagues,

During next weekly call we will discuss the FIWARE architecture extensions
(necessary to take into account the new GEs to be incorporated: Store,
BEMES tools, RSS Engine). Please find attached the draft document we have
written as agreed during last weekly call.

Axel, Torsten, please take into account that I've removed Heritiana,
Camille, Tanguy, Sofie and Koen from the Cc. I'm not sure whether we can
share with them documents not published in the public wiki yet. Please
consider including them in the discussion if possible.
