Find attached a minor modification to the word doc sent by Pablo: I've added an additional sentence to our role description in T3.3 to clarify what is meant for "integration with Accounting". Just to avoid confusion  Hope you could integrate it with your last version of the DoW.

Please, find attached a revised version of the new WP3 description. Apologies for not having been able to provide it before but it has been a very busy week for me.

In addition, let me point out that there is a mistake in the effort excel sheet since TID is no longer involved in task T3.2. This means that the 60 PM assigned to TID should go to task T3.4.

Pablo, be aware that T3.4 is no longer in the DoW. Are you talking about T3.3?


Finally I would like to raise the issue about the, in my view, lack of a source of accounting information which could be used for charging purposes. Maybe this should be discussed in our next meeting, in particular in relation to the store GE.


I agree. It is mentioned in the draft I've just shared and it clearly represents a clear open issue we should discuss in the context of a WPL/WPA meeting if SAP agrees on (i.e. at a cross-wp level). Nevertheless it is something the store depends on (the store is responsible of offering an API for gathering such information and THIS IS ALREADY EXPRESSED IN THE DoW) but not responsible for providing that source (obviously), so I don't see the need for changing anything in the DoW.

Together with all partner we have now changed the DoW and the List with the related efforts in the different tasks.

Please have a look at this version and please take into account my former mail which contains details about a pending Amendment.

I think this task was not only addressed to WP3, so please send out a new final version of the complete DoW after the approval from the EC.
