If I'm not wrong, the idea is not to use the link to provide the information on a per-partner or per-wp basis, but to help Juan to collect all the data and let him complete the report through that link.

-                     Patent applications originate from partners´ work done in the context of FI-WARE  (Applicant name, Inventor Name, IPC Class..)
