[Fiware-apps] Fwd: [Fiware] URGENT action on FI-WARE GEi owners regarding webinars

Dear Javier, Koen and all,

In fact, I had an action point to trigger the discussion about the business framework webinar. A main question is whether we go for separate webinars for each GE or just a combined one, including the Store, BM&BE and the RSS GEs. Personally I would go for a combined business framework webinar.

I have also checked with Juanjo and he advises to organize just one session for the business framework webinar before the review, so we may choose a date in early June if that's ok for everyone.

Koen, Javier, what do you think about this?

Dear Markus, dear all,

Who is responsible for allocating the date/s for the "Business framework" webinar/s that will merge Store, RSS, etc.?

With regard to the Store GE, we prefer to have the webinar as late as possible. This will allow us to have ready as much information as possible (user guide, developer guide, etc.). Please bear in mind that the first release of the Store will be in June.

Dear all,

  Still there are some FI-WARE GEis about which no date or timeslot has
been proposed for running a webinars that UC projects in phase 2 will
attend.

  Please note that execution of these webinars may be a relevant
achievement to be reported in our 2nd year review.

  There may be some FI-WARE GEis for which a webinar is not feasible
before actual delivery of release 2, but this is not arguable for all
cases where a proposed date&timeslot is missing.   In particular, I miss
webinars on Cloud functions, at least for "Allocation of single VMs
(image instances)", "Management of Blueprints" and "Allocation of Object
Storage".   Most probably these three may be merged in a single webinar.

  Please fill this before EOB today, because I will forward the
available spreadsheet to the UC projects tomorrow.
